Terms and conditions for Nutrition & Accountability
This service includes nutritional guidance from our Certified Nutritionists. You will receive body fat measurements on a monthly basis, and a weekly checkin via text, email, phone call, or in-person. Access to our nutritionist is unlimited, but please allow up to 24 hours for a response to account for various schedules and personal obligations. This program does not diagnose or cure and diseases or illnesses. If you have health issues that surpass the intention of the program, we will encourage you to find assistance through a doctor or registered dietician. If our staff does not receive a response from a participant for multiple weeks, we may discontinue attempts to contact that individual. This nutrition package is not refundable or able to be prorated for lack of use or results.
This program does not grant access to our facility, use of group classes, or personal training sessions. Please contact a staff member to purchase those options separately.
If you wish to cancel this Nutrition Plan, please provide written notice to info@findyourfit253.com PRIOR to your next bill. If you request cancel after your bill has been processed, you will receive our services for the next month that you have paid for. To be clear, your written notice is to cancel your NEXT bill, not your previous one.
