Teen Strength & Conditioning Program $399 Purchase required to enroll

This program runs from July 1st to August 21st, every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11am-12:30pm. Teens 13-18 are welcome to join! We will be working them on lifting form, endurance training, mobility, and basic nutrition. Any ability levels are welcome, whether this is your teen's first time in a gym, or if they play sports and exercise frequently, we will be be able to progress them to the next step.
